Gina Padmore

Before being named CEO in April 2024, Gina was FDR Law’s Head of Residential Property, responsible for the development and implementation of a bespoke case management system. Designed to mitigate risk factors, significantly reduce turnaround times and vastly improve the client journey, the innovative system is a reflection of FDR Law’s core values – integrity, excellence and collaboration.

Prior to joining FDR Law, Gina was Head of Legal at the second largest provider of residential conveyancing services in the UK. She was responsible for the effective supervision, training and support of around 400 fee earners, both in traditional office based roles as well as self-employed consultants.

In her early career, Gina spent 13 years’ with a licensed conveyancing firm, managing high quality conveyancing departments, then joining the board as the training director, where she developed and delivered training programmes to dozens of aspiring property lawyers.

Gina is now leading FDR Law into a new and exciting phase in its history. She has amassed a wealth of subject matter expertise in her varied career and has a passion for learning and development. By embracing technological advances in the market, Gina is ensuring that FDR Law remains ahead of the curve, for the benefit of our clients as well as our fee earners.
